Octavian-Mihai Iotu
Host, Executive Producer and Content Creator
Octavian is a placement student from the University of Portsmouth, completing his year in industry with ACF Technologies as a Marketing Executive. Octavian is the producer and host of the CX Insider, planning episodes, managing our website and editing the episodes. He loves photography and has created his own brand, OMI uk, showcasing all of his work (Which you can follow here).
Marcell Debreceni
Host, Executive Producer and Content Creator
Marcell is a placement student hailing from the University of Southampton, completing his year in industry with ACF Technologies as a Marketing Executive. Marcell’s role has evolved from editing and promotion to being the producer and host of CX Insider, also planning episodes and managing our website. He loves reading fiction and is currently writing his own epic fantasy saga.

Podcast Manager and Producer
Marcell was the previous placement student hailing from the University of Southampton, with his role evolving from host and producer to short-form content management, overseeing guest relationships and podcast operations. He loves reading fiction and is currently writing his own epic fantasy saga.
Valentina Svobodova
Podcast Manager and Producer
Valentina was CX Insider’s longest-running host between 2021-22. She’s now moved into a more managerial role, overseeing guest relationships and podcast operations, whilst handling ACF’s wider marketing activities in the EMEA region. She’s a fan of classical music, playing Sudoku, and Sims. Exclusively not in that order.
Greg Copley
Co-Host: Technology and Banking
Greg is ACF’s Sales Director and Global Head of Marketing. He’s one of the founding members of CX Insider and co-hosts our episodes with a focus on banking and technology. Some of Greg’s episodes have included guests from HSBC, Monzo, Santander and Merkle. He loves spending time with his niece and nephew, late-night runs – and the occasional scotch.

Adam is the EMEA Head of Sales for ACF Technologies, specialising in the automotive and retail industries with a passion for customer experience. Adam has co-hosted some of our biggest episodes with guests from Selfridges, Hotel Chocolat, Toyota and Volvo. He’s also a proper geek.

Alex is interested in behavioural psychology and likes to walk his dogs, practice jiu-jitsu, and spend time with his son.
