Tamil-Anne is a student at the University of Exeter, where she studies Business Economics. She is a producer and host of the CX Insider Podcast, contributing to episode planning, content creation, and promotion across digital platforms. Tamil-Anne is also involved in shaping the podcast’s brand and supporting the growth of its online presence. Outside of the podcast, she enjoys exploring creative projects and connecting with people through storytelling and media.

Dan is ACF Technologies EMEA Marketing Manager. You’ll see Dan wielding a camera at expos getting the latest insights on industry trends during the day, and networking through the night at the after party. His hobbies include magnets and hunting ghouls.

Some of Greg’s episodes have included guests from HSBC, Monzo, Santander and Merkle. He loves spending time with his niece and nephew, late-night runs – and the occasional scotch.
